It comes with a super single bed and a built-in wardrobe as standard options. It's a comfortable place to stay for various purposes such as travel, business trips, studying, or hospital visits! It's conveniently located for Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, Hongik University, and Myongji University. Parking is available, and CCTV and ADT Caps are always active.
The bus stop is 30 seconds away, and there are many routes to Sinchon, Ewha Womans University, Hongdae, Hapjeong, and Itaewon. If you let us know in advance, we can guide you to a parking spot.
No smoking indoors, no pets. An additional management fee will be charged for stays of 2 or more people. 25,000 won per person Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. The process is contactless, but in-person assistance can be provided if needed. Compensation for damages may be incurred in the event of property damage or contamination.
It's a great place to walk around the Yeonnam-dong and Yeonhui-dong cafe streets, and there are many restaurants, workshops, prop shops, and select shops to explore. It's located in an area with many stores right in front, such as Daiso, Starbucks, Olive Young, and Burger King.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. All utility bills are included in the management fee.
