It is in a good location with convenient amenities nearby, and convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants are easily accessible. It is recommended as a cost-effective accommodation where you can relax comfortably. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with the exact address. If you are traveling by car, you can use a navigation system. If you are using public transportation, it is a 20-minute distance from Pohang Station and the Intercity Bus Terminal. There is ample parking space.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to check in. Pets are not allowed. Cooking is permitted. Instead of charging a separate cleaning fee, you are required to thoroughly clean and restore the property to its original condition before check-out, based on trust, honesty, and reliability. If this is not done after inspection, a separate cleaning fee will be charged. Netflix and Wi-Fi are available.
If items are stolen or lost in the accommodation, a separate fee will be charged. Please use a standard garbage bag for your trash and dispose of it at the apartment entrance according to regulations when you check out. Please note that if you do not dispose of food waste and other trash, a separate cleaning fee may be charged.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
