This recently built, clean, and stylish Mediterranean-style house is equipped with all the necessary facilities, furnishings, and items for tourism, travel, business trips, moving, and working from home, making it as convenient as your own home. It's a 1-minute walk to Samyang Beach, where you can enjoy barefoot walking, fishing, surfing, and swimming all year round. It's also great for jogging and walking along the oreum (volcanic cone) and beach. It features the latest facilities such as air conditioning, a dryer, a water purifier, a dehumidifier, and an air purifier, along with the best views of the sea, sky, and sunset.
It is 20 minutes from Jeju Airport and 10 minutes from Jeju Port. There is a bus stop next to the house, so it is very convenient to travel to major tourist attractions in and out of the city.
-The lower floor has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It is equipped with 2 double beds, system air conditioners in each room, and bidets in the bathrooms. The duplex space has 2 single beds, heating and cooling, a sofa, and a low table. From the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy views of the sea and sky, as well as cruise ships, airplanes, and the sunset. With 4 beds, a spacious living room, bathrooms, and terrace space on both the upper and lower floors, it can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people.
As this is a short-term rental, not an accommodation, we do not provide disposable hygiene products such as towels or detergents, nor do we offer cleaning, bedding changes, or any other accommodation services. Rental contracts are only available for a minimum of one week. Within walking distance, you'll find Samyang Beach, convenience stores, cafes, a sea sauna, a laundromat, a hospital, a movie theater, a bowling alley, a billiard hall, large and small supermarkets, and more. Additionally, there are two libraries and the Jeju National Museum within a 10-minute walk. Hamdeok Beach, Ecoland, Saryeoni Forest Path, Gyorae, Jeolmul, Bulgeunoreum Recreational Forest, Geomeunoreum, Dongbaekdongsan, golf courses (Crown, Hanwha, Ecoland), screen golf ranges, Lotte Cinema, bowling alleys, billiard halls, etc. are all nearby for your convenience and leisure.
The management fee is 70,000 KRW per week, which includes electricity, water, gas, and internet charges. All utility bills are included in the management fee.
It was the best accommodation. The bedding was clean and tidy, and all the amenities, including a dryer, were provided, so I was able to relax comfortably for two weeks as if it were my own home. It was great to have a 24-hour convenience store right in front of the accommodation, and the morning and evening walks along the sandy beach were fantastic. I recommend a restaurant tour nearby~ Especially Umiji Bakery on the first floor of the accommodation is recommended as a coffee shop. It was my first time having a host come out and warmly welcome guests in person. ^^ Thanks to you, I had a comfortable stay for a week. I'll come back when my kids are a little older. ♡
This is the perfect house for a family of 5-6 to live in Jeju for a week. It is fully equipped with home appliances and furniture, and the friendly host always made sure we had plenty of tangerines to eat for a week.^^ There were enough power strips, hair dryers in each bathroom, a cordless vacuum cleaner, a bidet, a water purifier, and white, warm bedding that was as good as a hotel's, which helped us get a good night's sleep. The living room view is the best, both day and night. The sea visible from the kitchen window makes you stare blankly for a while. There's a CU convenience store in front of the house, so the kids stopped by every day for a snack, and there are many bungeoppang shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so we had the happy dilemma of what to eat every day!! Thanks to Umiji House, it was a happy family trip that allowed us to finish 2025 well and prepare well for 2026. If I come to Jeju again in a warmer season, I would like to revisit Umiji House.♡
