There is a convenience store right at the doorstep, as well as a laundromat and a bakery nearby; a street famous for restaurants is just a 3-minute walk away. Although the building is located in a villa complex and has designated parking, the curb is quite high, so you can park outside instead; it is the kind of neighborhood where double or even triple parking is perfectly acceptable.
