I stayed here with my family for a week while our home was being renovated. The condition of the room is excellent. The room and bed were clean, and the cookware and dishes—though I didn't use them—were spotless. The toilet flush pressure is strong, provided you don't put toilet paper or other foreign objects into the bowl. Having a recycling area inside the building made it easier to keep things tidy. It is conveniently located near subway stations and bus stops. There are many restaurants and bars nearby; although they stay open late, it remains quiet inside if you keep the windows closed. There is no dryer, but the clothesline on the balcony is sufficient for drying laundry. However, finding a parking spot can be difficult. We had a comfortable stay for the week. Also, the host responds quickly to any inquiries.

This short-term rental is managed by an interior design professional. Although the space is compact, it is efficiently laid out, so it doesn't feel like an older building. It comes equipped with internet and a Smart TV, making it convenient to watch streaming services (OTT). It also features a fridge, microwave, and induction cooktop (not a radiant heater), making it perfect for simple cooking. Located right next to Mia Station and close to many great restaurants, I highly recommend this place for a short-term stay! After doing laundry, please do not open the windows; instead, use the air conditioner's dehumidification mode to dry your clothes.
