A 55-inch Smart TV and soundbar are installed, allowing you to enjoy music, movies, and streaming services with an elevated audio-visual experience. There are many renowned Jeolla-do restaurants within walking distance, and the Cheomdan District, Cheomdan District 2, Bonchon Industrial Complex, and Hope Hospital are all located nearby.
The bus stop is 2 minutes away, and the North Gwangju IC is 10 minutes away. Cheomdan District 2 and the Cheomdan District are 5 to 10 minutes away.
The move-in process is contactless. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. These times are adjustable. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in instructions and usage guidelines.
1. The entrance to the first-floor parking lot is equipped with a digital keypad and CCTV cameras for your safety. 2. Convenient parking is available in the spacious parking lot, which features a piloti structure. 3. The Cheomdan and Cheomdan 2 Districts are located right nearby, and the Yeongsan River is close by, making it an excellent spot for walks. 4. Famous restaurants, cafes, and bars are located in the vicinity, and there is a convenience store in the building immediately next door; as this is a residential area, it is very quiet. 5. A restaurant famous for *odolppyeo* (soft bone cartilage), highly praised by the popular YouTuber Pungja, is located nearby. 6. Please refrain from hosting parties or making loud noises late at night out of consideration for the neighbors. 7. Please separate your waste, including recyclables and food waste. Bins for recycling and food waste are provided on the first floor. 8. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors as much as possible. 9. Additional charges may apply in the event of damage to property or soiling of the premises. 10. Please bring your own toiletries for personal preference and hygiene reasons. 11. Please wash and tidy up any tableware or dishes you use.

I booked two rooms for a business trip, and the high-quality beds in each room made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities—including the fridge, washing machine, hot water, and heating—worked perfectly, and the space was incredibly clean and relaxing throughout my trip. Having a table made it convenient to get some computer work done, and the interior design was just as impressive as the photos suggested. Parking was easy thanks to the spacious lot, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby where I enjoyed some great meals. The host was kind and quick to respond; I would definitely book here again for future business trips.
First of all, I really appreciated how spacious the parking area was! The mattress and bed sheets were incredibly comfortable, and I loved that the living room, kitchen, and bedroom were all separate spaces. The recycling area was always kept clean, and the building itself is so well-managed that I didn't have to worry about the condition of the unit at all. I will definitely be visiting again!
