Consumables and toiletries must be prepared separately. 1. The number of occupants is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. (Children and babies are not allowed) 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building. 3. Do not cause complaints due to loud noises or inter-floor noise. 4. Do not register for a change of address for business purposes or resident registration. Violation of the above special conditions may result in immediate contract termination without refund, and the deposit will not be returned. If any damages occur as a result, compensation for damages will be claimed from the tenant.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was a really satisfying accommodation! The location was convenient and the surrounding environment was quiet, so I could stay comfortably. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, so I stayed without any inconvenience. I was also grateful that the host responded kindly. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use it again!
