- It is a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Munjeong Station on Line 8. - It is a 10-minute bus ride from SRT Suseo Station.
- Once the contract is confirmed, communication will be done via text message, and all services will be provided remotely. - Please read the internal guide for precautions and instructions on how to use electronic devices, and use them according to the manual. - For inquiries or inconveniences, please send a text message or contact the management office, and they will resolve the issue.
-Within a 100m radius, you'll find laundromats, convenience stores, banks, restaurants, and various essential public facilities, allowing you to take care of your needs on foot. -Tourist attractions such as Lotte World, Seokchon Lake, Namhansanseong Fortress, Mongchontoseong Fortress, Lotte Tower, and Olympic Park are nearby. -Samsung Hospital and Gangnam are within a 15-minute drive, and the Songpa Legal Complex, including the court and prosecutor's office, is within walking distance. -Guest rooms are available upon request. -If you need a meeting room, we provide one (usage fee applies). The 3rd-floor lobby is equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs, and an outdoor party area is also available. -You can enjoy breakfast at a restaurant run by a famous chef (breakfast fee is paid by the guest).
All utility fees are included in the management fee. Additional charges will be applied for excessive use of water and electricity. The standard is for 2 people, and if the number of people increases, you will have to pay an additional management fee of 10,000 KRW per person * period. Breakfast service is available after self-payment. Gym, swimming pool, and parking fees are included. If many friends come, guest rooms are available, but additional charges will apply.

The bathroom and shower area were transparent, so it was very uncomfortable—even though we were family! It looks like you need some privacy film.
