Just a 5-minute walk to the Dongseong-ro downtown area. Close to Hyundai Department Store and Dong-A Department Store. Within walking distance of attractions like Kim Gwang-seok Street and Gyesan Cathedral. Great for exploring Daegu's tourist spots. You can walk home even late at night, and it is safe to return home as the building is located along a main road.
ㅡ It is a 1-minute walk from Banwoldang Station. ㅡ It is 5 minutes away from the city center. ㅡ There is no on-site parking, but a public parking lot is visible right in front when you open the window.
ㅡ Check-in is contactless. ㅡ Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ㅡ (Important) Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. ㅡ You will be required to check out if complaints regarding excessive noise are received from neighbors.
ㅡ Famous tourist attractions, historical sites, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, and supermarkets are located nearby. ㅡ Compensation charges will apply in the event of damage to or soiling of property.
Excessive use of electricity, gas, or water may result in additional charges upon move-out. Meter readings will be checked at the time of move-in, and costs will be settled fairly.
