I booked this accommodation for a one-month stay with my four-year-old daughter, and it turned out to be an unforgettable, wonderful place. I specifically wanted a ground-floor unit to avoid worrying about noise complaints from neighbors due to my child, and convenient parking was a top priority; this place met every single one of those conditions perfectly. It is excellently located, just a three-minute walk from the beach and a Starbucks. While the beach area was bustling with tourists on weekends, the accommodation was tucked away a block inland, offering a quiet, peaceful atmosphere that felt like a world apart. I was especially touched by the elderly neighbors, who were always so affectionate toward my child and showed such heartwarming kindness whenever we ran into them. Although I initially planned to stay for just one month, I was so satisfied with the place that I extended my stay by two months, totaling three months. I did look into other options at one point to save money, but I couldn't find anything comparable given the great value and conditions of this place. Even as my belongings accumulated during the stay, having two rooms was incredibly useful; I used one as a bedroom and the other for storage. The kitchen was spacious and convenient for cooking, and with TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, my child could watch cartoons while I listened to music on the smart TV and did housework comfortably. What stands out most in my memory is the warmth of the lady living upstairs. She helped alleviate the loneliness of living away from home by sharing treats like rice cakes and carrots, and she adored my child. I sometimes worried that noise from my child and me fussing at each other might be a disturbance, but she never once complained about it. I also found great comfort in watering the large plant in the unit and watching new leaves sprout. The landlord warmly thanked me for taking such good care of the plant, and their prompt communication and responsiveness gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. This is a truly welcoming place that I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises, and one I would highly recommend to others.

It was a house that showed the owner's meticulous care. The interior was clean and beautifully decorated, and it was so well-equipped with all the necessary items that you could truly come with just your body and nothing else. In the mornings, I could walk out to Jumunjin Beach for a stroll, and by car, I could reach Sokcho, Gangneung, Donghae, Samcheok, and Pyeongchang in 40-50 minutes, allowing me to have a different themed trip each day. I was actually considering staying in downtown Gangneung for its convenient infrastructure, but this turned out to be a much better choice. My wife is quite sensitive, and often isn't satisfied even with hotels, but here, I received so many compliments for finding such a great place. Since it's a newly prepared house, it's in excellent condition. And parking was very convenient with a dedicated spot right in front of the house. It's a place I'd like to visit again someday when time permits.
