It is a 30-minute walk or a 9-minute drive from Dongtan Station. Techno Valley, Hanaro Mart, and 11ja Sangga are nearby. It is a 10-minute drive to Giheung IC, and the commuter bus stop is near the accommodation.
In addition to a refrigerator and washing machine, small electronic appliances, basic tableware, cooking utensils, and bathroom supplies are provided.

I had a comfortable stay without any issues. It was the most comfortable accommodation I've ever stayed at. The room was spacious, and I loved the open, unobstructed view.
We had a great stay here for a month while our home was being renovated. As a family of four with two young children, we really enjoyed the space—especially the kids, who loved the fact that it was a two-story unit. Everything was fully equipped—from towels and a drying rack to a small table—so we could simply move in with just our personal belongings. I also appreciated the quick response when a light started flickering.
