Check-in is contactless. After your booking is confirmed, we will send the access codes for the main entrance and your room to the phone number provided. Upon check-out, please separate and dispose of all trash according to type. In particular, please keep food waste separate from general waste and dispose of it in the designated food waste container. Please note that if waste is not properly separated or if food waste is left behind, additional disposal fees may be incurred and deducted from your security deposit. Additionally, please leave the food waste disposal card inside the unit upon check-out.
Gym: 20,000 won per month
All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, if electricity and gas are used excessively, additional charges may be requested upon check-out.
