Move-in is generally conducted remotely. The manager's phone number will be provided upon contract confirmation for any inconveniences or inquiries during your stay. Basic toiletries are provided (2 towels, body wash, soap, shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 general trash bags). An additional fee applies for groups exceeding 4 people. The maximum additional charge is 2 people. (For groups of 7 or more, you can rent the unit together with the 5th floor.) The additional fee includes the mattress and bedding.
Major nearby tourist attractions include Wahyeon Beach (5-minute drive, 22-minute walk), Gujora Beach (6-minute drive), the Cruise Ship Dock (5-minute drive), the Geoje Shipbuilding & Marine Culture Museum (4-minute drive), Sonoclam Geoje (6-minute drive), and Jiseop Port Waterfront Park (5-minute drive). In addition, there are many other places to visit, such as Hakdong Heukjinju Mongdol Beach, Wind Hill, and Sinseondae Observatory. This is suitable for those who wish to escape the exhausting daily routine of the bustling city and seek rest, those who need contemplation in a quiet place, and those who require a new yet peaceful space where they can immerse themselves in their work.

I moved in here urgently due to flood damage, but I had a wonderful stay. The landlord was incredibly kind—treating me like family—so I was able to rest comfortably without any issues. The facilities were clean and parking was plentiful, making the experience completely hassle-free. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
