Move-in is basically non-face-to-face. We will provide you with the manager's phone number when the contract is confirmed for any inconvenience or inquiries during your stay. Basic hygiene products are provided (2 towels, body wash, soap, shampoo). If there are more than 4 people, an additional fee will be charged for the extra people. A maximum of 2 additional people are allowed. (If there are more than 7 people, you can rent the 5th floor as well.) The additional fee includes mattresses and bedding.
Nearby major tourist attractions include Wahyeon Beach (5 minutes by car, 22 minutes on foot), Gujora Beach (6 minutes by car), Cruise Ship Pier (5 minutes by car), Geoje Shipbuilding & Marine Culture Center (4 minutes by car), Sonokam Geoje (6 minutes by car), and Jisepo Port Waterfront Park (5 minutes by car). In addition, there are many other places to visit, such as Hakdong Mongdol Beach, Windmill Hill, and Sinseondae Observatory. This place is suitable for those who want to escape the tiring daily life of a busy city and relax, those who need to contemplate in a quiet place, and those who need a new but quiet space to concentrate on their work.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. All utility bills are included in the management fee.
Blue Ocean Hill was the first place I booked and visited with my siblings. The views were spectacular, featuring the city center to the front, and mountains and Jisepo Port on either side. Above all, the moment I opened the door, I was instantly impressed; the house was incredibly neat and fully equipped with everything we needed. I sincerely appreciate the host's handwritten note, the messages sent during our stay, and their overall kindness and thoughtfulness. The house was so clean and perfect that I would love to visit again. I would also like to thank you once again for allowing us to use the charcoal and the terrace on the upper floor. The host prepared a handwritten letter for me when I checked in, so I felt warmly welcomed from the start. The accommodation was generally clean and well-maintained, and all the necessary items were well-prepared, so I could stay comfortably. The surroundings were quiet, and it was satisfying enough for a short stay. There were some minor inconveniences during my stay, but the overall satisfaction was high, so it wasn't a big problem. All of Geoje's amenities are close by. Everything is better in person than what was described. The interior is well-designed, and it was very warm even though we stayed when it was really cold. The kitchen is spacious, and there were enough kitchen utensils and supplies for us to cook all our meals. We initially booked this place to provide snacks for our children who were here for winter training, and it was a great help. Both bathrooms are spacious, the rooms are very warm, and there are two large washing machines on the spacious veranda, so we had a worry-free and restful stay. It would have been a perfect vacation if our kids had won their games more often. Haha.
