I had a great stay. It was so convenient, only a 2-minute walk to the convenience store! There are two convenience stores, GS and CU, so you can choose which one to go to. It's only 200 meters to Terra Tower! If you work at Terra Tower, this location is incredibly convenient. The Samsung shuttle bus stop is also close. Sometimes when I needed to go to Byeongjeom Station or Mangpo Station, the bus stop was nearby, so I could travel without worry. There's also a coin laundry nearby, so you can quickly do your laundry when needed. The park is also just a 3-minute walk away! Haha, there was plenty of surrounding infrastructure for daily life. This is a well-maintained building. The common entrance was secure with a password, and it was really convenient to be able to dispose of recycling every day. The water pressure was also great! The dining table was useful for eating meals or doing some light laptop work. It was great that almost everything needed for daily life was provided, so I didn't have to bring a lot of luggage. If anyone is looking for a short-term rental nearby, I would definitely recommend this place!
