This is a room with a lovely pink color scheme, a great view, and a convenient location. It features a loft layout, with the upper level high enough for an adult who is 190cm tall to stand upright. Equipped with a 43-inch 4K Smart Google TV, you can easily enjoy Netflix and YouTube. Bedding and towels are all washed at high temperatures (sanitized), and an electric heating pad is provided. The base rate is for two guests, and there is an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person per day for extra guests. The host lives nearby and can promptly address any issues or concerns.
Bus connections to Seoul are convenient. It is a 2-minute walk to Hallym University Hospital. There is a convenience store, a restaurant, and a café on the ground floor of the building. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and with E-Mart and a park close by, it offers everything you need for convenience.

I was an intern at Hallym University Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospital, and being just a 7-minute walk away really helped me save time for sleep! Restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, Starfield, Daiso, and supermarkets are all within walking distance, and registering my vehicle for parking was super easy. It was great having plenty of parking spots available whenever I returned! The unit is a duplex; the ceiling on the upper level is really high, and since there's a separate door, I used it just like a private room. It’s fully equipped with everything you need—dishes, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, a fan, a power strip, a Smart TV, a vacuum cleaner, a lint roller, and more. I felt right at home and was very comfortable. The place was spotless, and I really enjoyed my stay!

I needed a place for my family to stay for two weeks while our home was being renovated, and I was delighted to find and book such a lovely place. The host was incredibly kind; I was especially grateful for the quick responses whenever I had a question and for the fact that they came in person to resolve issues.
