Smoking is not permitted indoors. One of the rooms contains stored items (please refer to the last photo). You are welcome to use the room, but please note that there are items stored there.

Internet access is available. Please note that an additional fee will be charged if the weekly cost exceeds 60,000 KRW. Also, the boiler costs 10,000 KRW per day, so please adjust your usage when using hot water.
I needed a place to store my belongings for six weeks while my new home was undergoing interior renovations. I heard that storing items in a shipping container during the summer could lead to mold, so I hurriedly looked for a short-term rental. I chose this place because it was available for the exact period I needed. Fortunately, everything from my previous apartment (which was around 1,000 sq. ft. / 30 pyeong) fit inside, and there was even enough space for my husband to lie down. It is conveniently located near Yeonsinnae Station, making public transport easy, and there is a nearby parking lot that was handy for quick stops. Yeonseo Market is close by, offering plenty of food options, and "Naengmyeon Sidae"—a popular spot for cold noodles—is also nearby. There is a pharmacy and a restaurant called "Neulkong" right on the ground floor, making it convenient to grab a meal or pick up medicine. A Daiso store is also right across the street. To be honest, since it is an older building, it shows its age and the interior isn't exactly pristine. However, it offers great value and many advantages, so please keep this in mind when making your decision. I checked out today, and thanks to the kind owners, I was able to complete my move smoothly.
