It is a 5-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station. You can commute directly to major city centers, including Gangnam, Yeouido, and Gwanghwamun, from the bus stop right in front of the building. It takes 5 minutes to reach Seoul Station from Yeonsinnae Station via the GTX.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. One of the rooms contains stored items (please refer to the last photo). You are welcome to use the room, but please note that the items are there.
Daily life is convenient thanks to the supermarkets, restaurants, Daiso, and Rodeo Street located nearby. There is also a market with affordable prices, making it easy to eat out frequently.
Internet access is available. Please note that if usage exceeds 30,000 KRW per week, an additional fee will be charged. Additionally, the heating cost is 10,000 KRW per day, so please manage your usage carefully when using hot water.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, and the space is impressively large for the price. However, because it is located in a commercial building, you will encounter cockroaches and odors from the bathroom drains. Additionally, due to its street-side location, there is a buildup of stubborn grime; I wiped the floors with a rag every day during my five-week stay, and black dirt came up every single time. If you can handle these issues, it is a fantastic deal.
