- It is a 3-minute walk from Boramae Station on Line 7. - There is a bus stop right in front of the house. - The area is near a main road, so it is safe at night.
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities. Check-in is available after 4 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed before 11 AM on the day of departure. - Smoking, pets, and infants are not allowed indoors. (Please adhere to these rules as this is a shared residence. If any traces are found, you may be charged for damages.)
- You will be charged for damages in the event of damage to or contamination of the property.
- If the electricity and gas bills each exceed 50,000 won, they will be charged. - If neither exceeds 50,000 won, they will not be charged.
I had a good stay.
It's clean and nice. It's a semi-basement, but I didn't feel any dampness, and it was convenient because it had a lot of amenities. It's a house where you wouldn't feel uncomfortable even if you lived there for several months.
The room was warm, and there were dishes and towels, so I had a comfortable stay. ^^
