A cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged for smoking indoors or for cooking odorous grilled foods (such as pork belly or fish) or fried foods that use oil. ✔No additional guests are allowed beyond the maximum occupancy (4 people). ✔Charges for loss of use, special cleaning, or other fees may be applied for damage, loss, or soiling of property. ✔Please understand that pets are not allowed. ✔As this is a rental and not a hotel stay, personal amenities are not provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, excessive use of electricity, gas, and water may result in additional charges upon check-out. (The excessive usage standard will only be notified if there are any unusual findings after checking the meter. If you use them sparingly as if they were your own, there will be no separate charges. ^^)
