✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. ✔️ You will be held liable for any damage to property or stains that cannot be removed. ✔️ Please use the shower curtain while showering to prevent water from splashing onto the door. ✔️ Do not flush any foreign objects down the toilet. You will be charged for repairs if the toilet becomes clogged (repair costs range from 300,000 to 500,000 KRW). ✔️ Trash collection days are every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Please sort your waste and leave it in the designated area next to the adjacent villa building. ✔️ Check-in is available from 9:00 AM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. ✔️ Your security deposit will be refunded after an inspection of the room's condition upon check-out. Please treat the space with care, just as you would your own home.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be requested if electricity, gas, or water are used excessively.

The condition of the house was good, but there was significant noise because the unit upstairs was undergoing renovations. However, the landlord was very considerate.
