I had a comfortable and pleasant 4-week stay in a very beautiful house. It's a new building, so it's clean, and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe.^^ The water pressure is good, the air conditioner and indoor heater all work well, and even small amenities are provided, showing the host's thoughtful consideration! It's great for shopping with Costco and I-Park Mall Gocheok nearby. There's a Homeplus Express and a traditional market near the house, and a large supermarket near Costco, so it's convenient for grocery shopping. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in, and Gaebong Station is about a 15-minute walk away. There's a KuuKuu Gold branch near I-Park Mall, and I also recommend Myeongdong Myeongtae Maeul, a truly delicious restaurant recommended by a local that people line up to eat at!^^ (37 Gyeongin-ro 33-gil, Guro-gu, Seoul) The host is kind and accommodated my requests as much as possible, so I had no inconveniences, and their responses were quick. This is a place I'd like to visit again.^^ I highly recommend it~~~
