I’m leaving this review because I was truly satisfied with my stay! Although the building itself shows its age, the interior was impeccably clean, so I didn't experience any inconvenience at all. It was clear that the host puts a lot of care into every corner of the property. Thanks to their thoughtful attention to detail, I was able to stay comfortably throughout my visit. I also appreciated the kind and prompt responses whenever I had a question. The location was excellent, too. With convenient amenities and infrastructure nearby, it was a very comfortable place to stay. Best of all, since it isn't right next to a busy downtown area or bars, it was quiet and peaceful at night—a major plus for getting a good rest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for clean and quiet accommodation! I’d love to stay here again if I’m in the area.

I don't think there is anywhere else where you can stay for a week at this price point during peak season. It’s a five-minute walk to Bujeon Station, and there’s an underground walkway connecting to Seomyeon Station, so I could walk around without getting hot in the middle of summer. There are also plenty of places that deliver food. I had a cool and comfortable stay, but there were a few downsides... The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, and the showerhead really needs to be replaced. The bedding wasn't quite right for the season, and the pillow was too high for me, so I didn't use it at all while sleeping... Still, in terms of value for money, it’s excellent.
