I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to leave one to express my gratitude for the host's exceptional kindness during my stay. To be honest, I was quite worried after reading some earlier reviews before checking in, but since the reservation date was so close, cancellation was difficult, so I decided to go ahead with the stay. However, I was far more satisfied than I had expected. Bedding was available for rent upon request, and while comfort is subjective, I found the bed to be perfectly fine and comfortable. I usually struggle to sleep well in accommodations while traveling or on business trips, but this time, I rested well without any issues. With air conditioning installed in every room, there was hardly any need to open the windows; thanks to the quality window fixtures, I didn't notice any food or cigarette odors either. As the building is a bit older, the floors were slightly uneven in places, but wearing the provided indoor slippers made it perfectly comfortable. I heard the place underwent a full renovation last year, and it was noticeably cleaner and better maintained than many other Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed in. Its location in a bustling area gave me peace of mind, as I didn't have to walk through dark, secluded alleys when returning late, and the abundance of nearby restaurants and amenities made the stay very convenient. Personally, my family was thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation, and we would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.
OMG! I booked this place in a rush based on the photos and reviews... I feel completely betrayed by those reviews... Travelers should definitely avoid this place. 1. There’s no bedding. At other places, hosts usually provide extras if you ask, but here, they tell you to sort it out yourself. I don't know why they even have a bed; ridiculously, it's a box spring instead of a mattress, so you can feel the wire springs all over your body. They should at least provide a topper! 2. There are no curtains. It gets incredibly bright by 5 AM in May. They removed the Roman shades—they could have at least installed cheap blackout curtains from IKEA. It gets even hotter when the sunlight streams in. Plus, electricity costs are charged separately. 3. The photos are heavily edited. For starters, the flooring is uneven—even a guesthouse in the middle of nowhere would be better! You can feel how shoddy it is under your feet every time you move around. 4. The vacuum cleaner is just loud—it has zero suction power, so I ended up having to mop the floor repeatedly for nothing. 4. Since the building is surrounded by restaurants, the smells of food and cigarette smoke drift right up. It is clean, but the vibe is different from the photos. The bathroom is honestly the best part of the place. It is definitely not reasonably priced, and I do not recommend it for families or travelers.
I had a good time.
