π Prime location right in front of Gangnam Station. π Well-lit, quiet, and tidy. π Queen-size bed with LED lighting and a comfortable mattress. π Blackout curtains and blinds installed. π No pets or indoor smoking allowed; violations incur a separate 500,000 KRW fee for sanitization and special cleaning. π Resident registration, cash receipts, and tax invoices are not available.
Located just a one-minute walk from Gangnam Station (Subway Line 2); a wide variety of bus routes connecting Gangnam Station to the Gyeonggi region and other provinces are available right in front of the building.
π Self check-in; rates are based on 2 guests. π Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM. π Check-in may be delayed due to cleaning and laundry if there are guests checking out on the same day. π Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to use the accommodation prior to your arrival.
π· An officetel with excellent security, including CCTV surveillance. π· Various amenities are available within the building, such as restaurants, a convenience store, a hair salon, and a laundry service. π· Numerous restaurants and shopping areas are located nearby. π· The unit is always thoroughly cleaned. π· As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging facility, disposable items and toiletries are not provided. π· Please inform us of the purpose of your stay and the number of guests when making a booking request. π· Please dispose of all trash properly upon check-out. π· The unit is optimized for a maximum of two guests; occupancy exceeding two people is not permitted due to potential noise issues affecting neighbors. π· Please keep the space clean, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. However, if the costs are excessively high upon final settlement at checkout, an additional charge will be billed. We ask that you treat the space with care, just as you would your own home.

The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive to any inquiries throughout my stay, making me feel as comfortable as if I were in my own home. The location right in front of Gangnam Station Exit 1 offered excellent access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. I also really liked the clean layout and furniture arrangement.
