Please bring your own personal items. 2) Precautions - As this is a multi-unit dwelling, please be mindful of loud noises and inter-floor noise. - Smoking and pets are not allowed / Special cleaning fees will be charged (150,000 KRW). - Compensation will be claimed for furniture stains, damage, or clogged drains. ※Separate waste collection is always available, and food waste disposal uses a food waste volume-based card. 3) Peak Season - An additional fee will be charged for the peak season from July 15th to August 31st. - For peak season reservations, please book under '((Peak Season)) Lighthouse Beach Front'.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - However, if you use them excessively, an additional management fee may be requested. - The appropriate number of people is 4, but up to 6 is possible. - Air conditioning is used for cooling in summer, and city gas is used for heating in winter. - When using hot water in all four seasons, please press the boiler hot water button, use it, and then turn it off. - When checking out, please make sure to turn off the lights and the power to the heating and cooling system.
