The check-in process is contactless. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM (adjustments available upon request). Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you detailed information regarding your stay before you arrive. Please let us know if you need anything during your stay, and we will do our best to assist you. As this is a shared residential building, please refrain from making excessive noise; smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Please note that a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs. We have put great effort into creating a comfortable space for you and hope you enjoy your stay.
The unit has been neatly renovated. The bathroom, in particular, has undergone a full renovation and is spotless. It is a duplex-style officetel, so the sleeping area is separate from the living space. The current rate is based on two occupants; an additional management fee of 20,000 KRW per person per week applies for extra guests (please inquire after booking). Smoking is strictly prohibited. A special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW may be charged if smoking occurs. Located on the 13th floor, it offers a great view. The duplex layout ensures a quiet and pleasant living environment.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. However, please note that additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the average amount; we would appreciate it if you could conserve energy as if it were your own home.
