- The unit features an internal staircase, allowing exclusive use of both the first and second floors. - The interior is clean, as the building is only about three years old. - Please note that the unit is not equipped with a TV, bedding, tableware, or air conditioning; only a refrigerator, washing machine, two electric fans, and a vacuum cleaner are provided. - As this is a standalone unit, a moderate level of noise is acceptable, provided it does not disturb the neighbors.
- An 8-minute drive by car from either Yangyang IC or the Osaek Mineral Spring parking lot. - Local bus service available from Yangyang Terminal to Osaek Mineral Spring (please be sure to check the schedule, as buses do not run frequently).
- Check-in is contactless. - We will provide the entrance passcode upon check-in; for your safety, please change it for your use and be sure to inform us of the new code when checking out.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a text message with usage details. - An additional fee will be charged for smoking indoors. - Pets are not allowed indoors; we appreciate your cooperation. - Please dispose of any trash in the provided designated waste bags. (If none are available, please purchase and use your own.) - To prevent toilet clogs, please do not flush used toilet paper; instead, dispose of it separately in the designated waste bags. - If there is no power upon arrival, please flip the switches in the box near the entrance boiler room and the distribution box inside the entryway shoe cabinet. - There are lights installed on the building's exterior. Please be sure to turn them off when going to sleep at night, as residents have filed complaints about the light disturbing their sleep.
- All utility charges, including water and electricity, are included. - Heating is provided via an oil boiler, and the cost is settled later based on actual oil consumption. * To calculate usage, please take a photo of the oil level upon check-in and another upon check-out, then send them to us.
I had a great stay. It would be even better if you brought your own bedding. I'll definitely stay here again.
