- There is a staircase inside, so both the 1st and 2nd floors are used as a private house. - The interior is clean as it is a building that was built about 3 years ago. - TV, bedding, air conditioning, etc. are not provided. Please note that there is only a refrigerator, washing machine, 2 fans, and a vacuum cleaner. - Since it is a private house, some noise is acceptable as long as it does not disturb the neighbors.
- 8 minutes by car from Yangyang IC and Osaek Mineral Spring Parking Lot - City bus operates from Yangyang Terminal to Osaek Mineral Spring (Please check the schedule as it does not run frequently)
- Check-in is contactless. - The front door password will be provided upon check-in. For the safety of our guests, please change the password and inform us of the new password upon check-out.
-When the contract is confirmed, a text message regarding your use will be sent. - An additional fee will be charged for smoking indoors. - Please cooperate by not bringing pets indoors. - Please dispose of any generated trash in the provided standard-rate trash bags. (If none are available, please purchase and use them.) - Please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet as it may cause blockages. Please dispose of it separately in the standard-rate trash bag. - If the electricity is not working upon check-in, please turn on the switches in the switch box near the boiler room at the entrance and in the distribution box in the entryway shoe cabinet. - There are lights installed on the exterior walls of the building. Please be sure to turn them off when you go to sleep at night, as residents have filed complaints about disturbed sleep due to the light.
- All utility bills, including water and electricity, are included. - Heating is provided by an oil boiler, and the cost will be settled later based on the amount of oil used. * To calculate the amount used, please take a photo of the oil boiler's fuel level upon check-in and send it to us. Then, take another photo upon check-out and send it to us so we can calculate the amount used.
