It is convenient to travel because the 41, 83, 62, and 108 vehicle bases are right in front of you. :) The 41 passes through Busan Station, the 83 passes through Seomyeon Station, and it is located within 10 minutes by car to Centum City and within 15 minutes to Haeundae!
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors! There are no set check-in/check-out times. If you contact us in advance, we will set up the room according to your arrival time!
Gwangalli Beach is a 3-minute walk away :) Minlak The Market is a 3-minute walk away! Gwangalli's famous restaurants, Jamae Gukbap, Jeosuje, and Haechi 83, are located within 50m, and the infrastructure is great, with 2 large supermarkets and 2 convenience stores!
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

The contract includes a cleaning fee of 50,000 won, and I performed basic cleaning (disposing of trash, turning off the power, tidying up, etc.) before checking out. However, the host refuses to return the full security deposit of 330,000 won, citing the presence of dust under the bed and inside the cabinets. Areas under the bed and inside the cabinets are not included in the cleaning requirements specified in the checkout instructions. While I am willing to cover a reasonable additional cleaning fee, I believe it is unfair to withhold the entire security deposit. I hope the platform will look into this issue and protect the tenant's rights.
Despite the cold Busan weather, the insulation was good, so I stayed very warm, contrary to my worries. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so I could hear noise from next door or other floors, and I had to be more careful than usual when living there, which was inconvenient. Also, the recycling system wasn't well-organized on the first floor, so I had to take out the recycling at specific times each time. Another time, I put out the recycling a little earlier than usual, and a neighbor scolded me.
