Each room is different, but the wallpaper, tiles, and bathroom have been completely remodeled, so it's a clean room! The refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioner are all new :) * Extra bedding can be provided upon request 🙂 I live on the 4th floor, so I can lend you anything you need! It's clean because it's cleaned by a professional company :)
41, 83, 62, and 108 bus depots are right in front, so transportation is convenient. :) Bus 41 passes through Busan Station, bus 83 passes through Seomyeon Station, and it is located within 10 minutes by car to Centum City and within 15 minutes to Haeundae!
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors! There are no set check-in/check-out times. If you contact us in advance, we will set up the room according to your arrival time!
Gwangalli Beach is a 3-minute walk away :) Minlak The Market is a 3-minute walk away! Gwangalli's famous restaurants, Jamae Gukbap, Jeosuje, and Haechi 83, are located within 50m, and the infrastructure is great, with 2 large supermarkets and 2 convenience stores!
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The place was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, making for a comfortable stay. The host was kind and provided detailed instructions, so I had no issues at all. The popular restaurant 'Jamae Gukbap' is right out front, and Gwangalli Beach is just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities in the neighborhood. Although the subway station is a bit of a walk, the bus stop is close by, making it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again.
