The actual living area is 12 pyeong, while the listed size is 21 pyeong. It is fully furnished and equipped with most household essentials, including a TV. Amenities include a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, induction cooktop, pressure cooker, pots, dishes, etc. Internet access and Wi-Fi are available, and a house manual is posted on the wall. It features two double beds and can accommodate up to four people; the listed price is based on two guests. Additional charges apply for extra guests: 5,000 KRW per day for one additional person, or 10,000 KRW per day for two.
* Subway: A 2-minute walk from Exit 2 of Chang-dong Station (Lines 1 & 4) in Dobong-gu, Seoul. * Airport Bus: Take bus No. 6102 from Incheon Airport and get off at the Seoul Northern District Court (Dobong Registry Office). Walk forward for about 1 minute; you will see a crosswalk on your left. The building is right across the crosswalk. * Parking: Free parking for one vehicle is available if you notify us 5 days in advance; there is a fee for additional vehicles.
Once I provide the door code, you can simply enter (using the electronic lock). (I will send the code 1–2 days in advance, depending on the situation.) Check-in may be contactless or in-person (to verify the number of guests). You can bring your clothes and personal belongings using a large hand cart. There is no space for large moving items like wardrobes. Check-in time: 5:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM If you bring a hand cart, please do not roll it onto the wooden flooring to unload; doing so can damage the floor. Please unload your items at the entryway and place them into the wardrobe or drawers. If you wish to move in early in the morning, you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. This is because the previous guest checks out at 11:00 AM, and cleaning, laundry, and tidying up take a significant amount of time. We ask for your understanding.
** Air conditioning and heating are fully functional; the place stays nice and warm. ** Korea's leading hypermarket, E-Mart, is right next door, making shopping very convenient. ** The building houses a bank, clinic, pharmacy, and Chinese restaurant, with many other eateries nearby. ** You can go up to the rooftop for light exercise. If you smoke, please go to the rooftop instead of smoking inside the unit. ** As this is a large building, there is an elevator, and you can dispose of sorted trash at the designated area at any time. The food waste disposal card is on the table; please use it and leave it behind upon checkout. ** We can provide additional consumables (towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) upon request. ** Check-in: Usually contactless, though we may sometimes greet you in person. (This is due to occasional issues with guests misrepresenting the number of occupants...) ** We will provide detailed instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
All utilities and management fees are included. There are absolutely no additional costs. Parking is free for one vehicle. Fees apply for two or more vehicles.
