45 minutes by car from Jeju Airport (search by navigation address) / 25 minutes on foot after getting off at the Lava Seawater Complex stop of Airport Bus No. 101 in front of Gate 1 of Jeju International Airport 1 minute on foot to the beach in front of the accommodation / 1 minute to Island Lounge (complex play space) 5 minutes by car: Pyeongdae Beach, Sehwa Beach, Conan Beach, Woljeong Beach, Sehwa downtown, Daiso, Burger King, Starbucks, Olive Young, Sehwa Five-Day Market, library, sports center, etc.
The standard occupancy is 2-4 people, and the maximum occupancy is 6 people. (An additional 10,000 KRW per person per night will be charged for extra guests.) Additional guests beyond the reserved number are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. This is a short-term rental, not a typical accommodation. *As this is a short-term rental home, consumables (such as facial cleansers, laundry detergents, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. (If you need household items, please inquire separately.)
- Check-in: After 4 PM / Check-out: Before 11 AM - Check-in and check-out times cannot be adjusted. Please adhere to the schedule. - Users are responsible for any damage, loss, or contamination of facilities. Compensation and damages may be claimed. - Although we regularly disinfect and sanitize, insects may enter due to the nature of the surrounding environment. Refunds will not be issued for this reason. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. A special cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
All utility bills (electricity/gas/water/internet, etc.) are included in the management fee. 🔸 If you use excessive heating, a separate fee (gas bill) may be charged. 🔸 A cleaning fee will not be charged separately, so please tidy up the house before you leave. (If the house is not in good condition, a cleaning fee of 50,000 won may be deducted from the deposit)
