- There are a number of convenience facilities in the building, including restaurants, laundromats, convenience stores, and nail shops. - Hanaro Mart, Homeplus, CGV, Starbucks, and McDonald's are within a 3-minute walk. - Tancheon is a 7-minute walk away, making it great for running and walking. - Move-in registration is not possible. - Pets are not allowed. - Please refrain from making loud noises or stomping after 10 PM. - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed. - You may be charged for damages or contamination caused by excessive damage to property.

As a frequent traveler residing in Canada, I booked a stay at 33m2 when planning a one-week trip to Korea with my husband for a health check-up. Although I was accustomed only to hotels and standard Airbnbs, the host's prompt communication and thoughtful care ensured a comfortable week before I returned to Canada. Aside from some noise at specific times—likely due to a mail handling facility downstairs—the accommodation is excellent and conveniently located near various amenities. I would like to thank the host once again. One thing I’d like to share with first-time guests at 33m2: The deposit return process only begins after you send a message following check-out.
