Gwangalli Beach is a 30-second run away. No extra charges during peak season (fireworks festival, Christmas, etc.). Parking is convenient. E-Mart convenience store and self-service laundry (15-second walk). Many bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and hangover soup restaurants nearby. Private storage available in the basement (1 pyeong). Two folding chairs available for use when going to the beach.
