As this is a hilly area, we recommend taking a taxi or driving on your first day if you have luggage. When you don't have luggage, you can walk to the station.
Only simple cooking is possible with a microwave and electric kettle. (No cooking utensils such as gas or induction) Please be aware of the following before booking: No smoking, semi-basement, no parking Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message regarding check-in and instructions. Check-in is contactless. We also accept reservations through other apps, so the reservation schedule may differ from the calendar. Please be sure to inquire before booking.
There are all kinds of convenience facilities such as a laundry, coffee shop, and convenience store within a 100m radius, so there is no inconvenience in living. The road is bright with CCTV and streetlights for women's safe return home. Only simple cooking is possible with a microwave and cordless kettle. Cooking is not possible because there is no gas stove or cooking utensils.
The deposit, rent, and management fees are all prepaid. In case of excessive use of electricity or damage to items, the cost will be deducted from the deposit before the refund is issued.
