- It is a 3-minute walk from Sunae Station. - The express bus stop, which goes directly to Pangyo Station, Gangnam Station, and Gwanghwamun, is located right across from the building. - The airport bus stop is also nearby, so travelers can use it conveniently. - There are many nearby Starbucks, cafes, and restaurants.
- Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with check-in and usage instructions. - The standard occupancy is up to 4 people (1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, and 1 sofa bed for 1 person). - Registration of change of address is not permitted. - Please inquire about parking (discounted parking available). - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not allowed. - If smoking is detected, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (smokers should use the lounge on the 5th floor). - There is a convenience store and laundry service in the building.
There is a 50-inch smart TV where you can watch various OTT services such as Netflix. -Large hospitals such as Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, Seoul National University Hospital, and CHA Hospital, as well as facilities such as Job World, Kyobo Bookstore, AK Plaza, Hyundai Department Store, and Bundang-gu Office are nearby. -Check-in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. -(💕Recommended for these people💕) Families who need short-term rental due to home interior construction, teachers working at Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, caregivers, people who need a workcation due to business trips/dispatches to Bundang/Pangyo, and people who have returned to Korea for a short period while residing overseas.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a wonderful, relaxing stay thanks to the kind host. I used to live in Pangyo before moving to Canada, but I visit Korea every year or two. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit!
