- Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with check-in and usage instructions. - The standard occupancy is up to 4 people (1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, and 1 sofa bed for 1 person). - Registration of change of address is not permitted. - Please inquire about parking (discounted parking available). - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not allowed. - If smoking is detected, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (smokers should use the lounge on the 5th floor). - There is a convenience store and laundry service in the building.

The location is unbeatable—Pangyo is just a stone's throw away, and the area is packed with convenient amenities and great restaurants. I was amazed at how spacious and comfortable a studio apartment could be; it’s clear the host manages the place with the guest's comfort in mind. Having a dryer was a huge plus, and the renovated bathroom was incredibly pleasant. It might sound like I’m just singing praises, but everything I’ve said is the absolute truth. Thanks to this experience, I’m leaving with wonderful memories of my first short-term rental. Thank you!
