About four days before my scheduled check-in, I was informed of an air conditioner issue in the room I had booked and was assigned a smaller one instead. Although I received a partial refund of 150,000 won and couldn't find alternative accommodation on such short notice, I decided to proceed with the stay. I was appalled to find that the room hadn't been cleaned at all and the gas supply had been cut off. The mattress cover was so discolored—a deep, dingy yellow—that I had to order my own bedding and pillows via Coupang. The bathroom still contained a used bar of soap and loose hair left by a previous occupant. Next time, I plan to use Airbnb instead of SamsamM2; this platform clearly fails to manage its hosts properly.
It was comfortable and I used it well.
