Pros: Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants—I ate very well during my stay (might even gain some weight, haha). A laundromat was close by, making it convenient to wash and dry towels. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was reasonably clean. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. Although the place is small, it has everything you need; while I didn't cook, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and basic essentials. There were two Daiso stores nearby, making it easy to buy daily necessities. Supplies like food waste bags, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and toothpaste were provided (though I didn't use them). It’s a rooftop-style unit, so the rooftop area is great to use (there’s even a clothesline). Cons: Cleanliness. When I first arrived, the floor was clean, but the full-length mirror was covered in dust, so I had to clean it immediately. It would probably be better to remove the picture frames and decorative items; they were dusty, and I was worried about accidentally dropping or breaking them, so I moved them aside during my stay. The bathroom was also a problem—there was so much mold on the floor, walls, cleaning tools, slippers, and trash can that I had to spend time cleaning it right after checking in. I ended up buying my own slippers at Daiso. It would be helpful if photos of the bathroom were included in the listing. Soundproofing between rooms is non-existent. The host is kind, though responses are slow.
It was okay.
I like it. The location is good, and everything inside is well-equipped, but the soundproofing isn't great!

This is a cozy three-story house located in the restaurant alley of Sadang.
