I recently moved out, so the place is vacant and has been thoroughly cleaned. It has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It's located near Anyang Amusement Park and the Art Park. There is no cleaning fee, but you are responsible for cleaning when you check in and out. The rental price has been set very low because it doesn't include items like beds. Please enjoy your stay and keep the place clean.
It is close to Gwanak Station and public transportation is convenient.

There was confusion when checking in because the passwords were different. Please note that there is no induction cooktop, so it would be helpful to know this when using the facilities. I used it well for 7 days. The transportation is convenient.
When I moved in, I had to clean it myself, but it was spacious and in a good location, so it was fine for a short-term stay!
Saetbyeol Beach is nearby. It's a newly renovated, clean studio apartment.
