It is a 3-minute walk from the back gate of Catholic University and a 10-minute walk from Catholic University Hospital, providing excellent accessibility for those who wish to use these facilities.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
The parking lot is equipped with a 220V outlet for exclusive use, allowing you to conveniently charge electric scooters or electric bicycles. Additionally, it is a detached house that occupies the entire second floor, and since the lower floor is a parking lot, you can stay comfortably without worrying about the gazes of others or complaints from neighbors. As it has been newly renovated, you can enjoy a clean space as shown in the photos.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
