Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an information message along with a newly assigned access code. An additional fee applies if you bring a dog. The rate is based on 4 guests; an extra fee applies for each additional person. Please contact us if you wish to extend your stay or require short-term use. There is a supermarket and a convenience store near the apartment entrance.
It is centrally located near popular restaurants and tourist attractions. I can recommend great places to eat. ^^ You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, as well as a stunning night view. Please contact us regarding short-term stays.
The price includes all utility and maintenance fees. Please treat the property like your own home to avoid excessive gas and electricity charges. The base fee for bringing a dog is 70,000 KRW, with an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per dog for each additional pet. The base occupancy is 4 people; an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person applies for any extra guests.
