The price includes all utility and maintenance fees. Please treat the property like your own home to avoid excessive gas and electricity charges. The base fee for bringing a dog is 70,000 KRW, with an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per dog for each additional pet. The base occupancy is 4 people; an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person applies for any extra guests.

I used it for the second time. I got the impression that it was well-managed, as I saw some improvements (sofa and bedding covers, bedroom TV installation, etc.) compared to the first time. I think it's a very comfortable place for families to stay, considering its cleanliness, location, and barrier-free house structure, so I would like to use it again next time. The host was also very considerate, providing free coffee, so I had a good stay.
