The move-in process is contactless. Reservations are confirmed in the order of deposit payment, and we will contact you via chat or phone in advance to explain the special terms and conditions. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage guidelines the day before your move-in. For stays extending beyond the initial weekly contract, the rate is 40,000 KRW per night. Check-in is after 4:00 PM / Check-out is by 12:00 PM (Noon) (Adjustable). A remote control for the parking barrier will be provided.
This space is ideal for short-term stays, such as during moving, home renovations, or temporary residence. Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other residents. Please adhere to basic guidelines regarding trash disposal, cleaning, and the prevention of property damage. A fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged if the parking barrier remote control is lost. Please forward any mail to the host. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. If any of the above rules are violated, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately without a security deposit refund, and the entire deposit will be forfeited to cover cleaning costs. A standard cleaning fee applies; please ensure the property is returned in the same condition as when you checked in.
Additional charges may apply in the event of excessive usage.
