If you leave early, you can leave your phone number to reserve additional parking. It's a residential area nearby, so you can find parking if you look around a bit. For those who live in a very messy way and don't clean, please refrain from booking for the sake of the next guest. Women and families are welcome.
Juan Station and Citizen Park Station are within 1km. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, and marts nearby.
Check-in is contactless. There is no TV. You must install the internet yourself. The sofa can also be used as a bed. Please refer to the attached photos. To make your stay easier, some basic kitchenware is provided. If you don't use them, please leave them in one place. Veranda 2. Pets are allowed. (An additional 50,000 won cleaning fee will be charged upon check-out.) Please refrain from smoking indoors. This is a spacious and quiet room.
If you use the included items excessively and exceed the basic management fee, we will request an additional management fee. When you check out, you must clean up and take all the recyclables, trash, and other items you used, and we ask that you do the basic tidying up. Any remaining trash or items will be disposed of upon check-out and will not be returned, and you may be charged for the cost of disposal.
