This accommodation opened in September. It is a clean, white-toned house with plenty of sunlight and is very clean. It is a fully-equipped space where you can stay conveniently.
This is Seomyeon, the center of Busan. The transportation is so convenient it's not even worth mentioning. It's within a 5-minute walk from Exit 10 of Seomyeon Station.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 PM. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed.
Nearby, there are famous tourist attractions, historical sites, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, and supermarkets. If the property is damaged or contaminated, compensation for damages will be incurred. It has been cleaned thoroughly and is ready for immediate use upon move-in.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The host was kind and attentive, and everything I needed was available, making for a very comfortable stay.
It was clean and the location was great. Parking was first-come, first-served, but there were almost no empty spots. There were also many people parked on the sidewalk leading to the main door, so it was impossible for people with large bellies or pregnant women to squeeze between the cars to enter the building; they would have to move the cars to get in. *Strollers, wheelchairs, and bicycles are absolutely not allowed to move or pass through.
I had a comfortable stay. ㅎㅎ Overall, it was clean and the host responded quickly!!
