The entire second floor is for your private use, with 4 rooms, 1 bathroom (2 on the first floor), and 2 shower rooms. There is a spacious terrace and an outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities (an additional 20,000 won is charged for use). A spacious rooftop is also available for use. For use of the private jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) with natural stone floors, loess, and a full phytoncide finish, please contact the host. There are two additional bathrooms on the first floor that are available for use. There is a vegetable garden on the first floor and a large chicken coop next to it, so you will be woken up by the sound of birds and chickens in the morning (no smell).
Gyeongju's famous tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. It's a 7-minute walk from the bus stop at the Folk Craft Village. Two large wholesale marts are within a 10-minute drive.
If you let me know in advance, I can store your luggage early. There's no one on the lower floor of the guest-only second floor, so it's okay if the little ones run and play all day. A grandmother who loves people and children lives in the house in front with a really big yard. There's one house behind us, and the rest is a lake and mountains, so don't worry about noise. (Please, when you come back from the beach, shake off the sand outside. The drainpipe was clogged and we had to do major repairs. T_T)

Please be sure to let us know a few days in advance if you plan to use the jjimjilbang (Korean sauna). A family of squirrels usually lives here, so we need to coordinate with them.
If you overuse items included in the oil boiler, additional management fees may be requested.
