♧ Parking - Free parking is not available - Paid parking: 20,000 won per day for ground level, 10,000 won for underground (You can pay directly after parking without a separate registration process) ♧ Amenities - Cozy queen bed with hotel bedding, table for 2, 32-inch TV - Free Wi-Fi - Washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, handheld iron
- There is a bowling alley right below the accommodation, and it is open from around 4 PM to midnight (1 AM). - Due to the bowling alley, noise may occur during operating hours, so it may not be suitable for those who are particularly sensitive to noise or who stay in the accommodation after returning home early. If you are sensitive to noise, please be sure to inquire before booking. - This building is a shared living space with residents. After 9 PM, noise is strictly prohibited for the sake of the surrounding neighbors, and please be careful not to cause any noise complaints. - Due to the limited space, only a maximum of 2 people can be booked, and pets are not allowed for the next guests. - This building is a completely non-smoking area, and a smoke detector is installed indoors. If smoking is detected, including electronic cigarettes, you will be immediately evicted and a penalty of 300,000 won will be imposed, so please do not smoke. - Finally, refunds for cancellations are operated according to the 33m2 terms and conditions, so please make a careful reservation. If the standard amount (250,000 KRW) is exceeded due to excessive use of air conditioners and boilers during the summer (June-August) and winter (December-February) seasons, additional charges may be requested.
