- It is a 2-minute walk from Mapo Station (Line 5). - It is a 10-minute walk from Gongdeok Station (Lines 5 & 6, Airport Railroad).
♧ Parking - No free parking available - Paid parking: 20,000 KRW/day (surface lot) or 10,000 KRW/day (underground lot) (No advance registration required; simply pay on-site after parking) ♧ Amenities - Queen-size bed, table for two, 32-inch TV - Free Wi-Fi - Washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, handheld iron
- There is a bowling alley directly below the accommodation, operating from approximately 4:00 PM to midnight (or 1:00 AM). - Noise from the bowling alley may occur during operating hours; therefore, this accommodation may not be suitable for those sensitive to noise or those who plan to return early and stay inside the room. If you are sensitive to noise, please contact us before booking. - This building is shared with permanent residents. To respect the neighbors, please strictly avoid making noise after 9:00 PM and take care to prevent any noise-related complaints. - Due to the limited space, reservations are restricted to a maximum of two guests, and pets are not allowed out of consideration for future guests. - The entire building is a non-smoking zone, and smoke detectors are installed indoors. Please do not smoke at all; if smoking—including the use of e-cigarettes—is detected, you will be required to check out immediately and charged a penalty of 300,000 KRW. - Finally, refunds for cancellations are processed according to the 33m2 terms and conditions, so please book carefully. You may be charged additional fees if utility costs exceed the standard amount (250,000 KRW) due to excessive use of air conditioning or heating systems during the summer (June–August) or winter (December–February) seasons.

There weren't many photos of the bathroom, so I was worried it might be tiny, but thankfully it was a standard size. The room is clean and nice. It doesn't seem like there are noisy neighbors, and the sound of bowling balls rolling is only audible when the room is completely quiet, so it should be fine unless you're a light sleeper. However, the street side is quite noisy. Once, there was construction work going on around 2 or 3 AM, which really startled me. Oh, and people who are sensitive to heat might find it uncomfortable. Even with the AC running on 'Turbo' at 17°C the whole time, it still feels hot unless you're in the bed directly in the path of the airflow.
