This is the first occupancy after the recent remodeling. This is the promotional price for the grand opening. The building is on a hill, so it's the 1st floor on the left (same level as the 1st floor of the house in front) and the basement on the right.
It is a 4-minute walk from Nakseongdae Station (from Exit 2 or 3).
Move-in is contactless.
There are convenient facilities nearby, such as hospitals, schools, and supermarkets.
Electricity and gas bills are separate. You will be charged according to the meter. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
The place was spacious and comfortable, and the transport links were decent, though there were a lot of mosquitoes. It would be great to have a hairdryer and at least one cooking pot; it was a shame I couldn't boil water (there was no power outlet).
