During the winter season (November–February), if gas costs become excessive due to excessive heating or hot water usage, guests will be billed for the amount exceeding the standard management fee. (This will be verified during the checkout inspection.) * Gas cost standard: 25,000 KRW per week / 100,000 KRW per month.
I was truly satisfied with my stay here for about three months. The host was kind and attentive from the moment I moved in until the day I checked out, ensuring a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the quick responses and thoughtful care whenever I had a question. Above all, the place was impeccably maintained, so I had no issues at all during my stay. The room was always pleasant, and the facilities were well-equipped, making it an excellent choice for a long-term stay. The location was convenient—close to Bukdae (Chonbuk National University area) and the bus terminal—and the abundance of nearby amenities made daily life very comfortable. I am grateful to the host for making my three-month stay so comfortable, and I confidently recommend this place to anyone looking for short- or long-term accommodation in Jeonju. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Jeonju in the future! 😊
