It’s a nature-inspired space where lush green plants greet you. 😄 🌈 Seohyun Green Stay 302 features a spacious, roomy layout that feels bright and cozy thanks to the abundant natural sunlight. 🌈 It is a secure studio apartment equipped with a main entrance security door and CCTV cameras covering the building exterior and every stairwell. 🌈 With excellent access to all industrial complexes, it is an ideal choice for business travelers. 🌈 Perfectly situated within a 1–5 minute walk of parks, cafes, convenience stores, laundromats, and supermarkets.
- Taxi and bus stops are located on the main road. - With access roads leading to Industrial Complexes 1–5, as well as the Okgye and Seonsan areas, it is a convenient location for commuting for business trips or work. - It is also frequently used by those visiting the Jangcheon and Gunwi industrial complexes for business.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00. - Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
- The building is well-maintained, both inside and out, to ensure a pleasant living environment. - Wi-Fi is available, and the unit is fully furnished. - Please bring your own personal items. - We can provide any necessary supplies if you let us know in advance. - Various amenities, including restaurants and shops, are within a 1–5 minute walk. - Gupyeong Park is just a 1-minute walk away, perfect for light exercise. *Long-term contracts (1 year or more) are also available.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. If gas charges exceed 40,000 KRW per week, an additional management fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
