Eden201 is located within a 10-minute drive of major tourist attractions such as the 5.18 History and Culture Center, which symbolizes Gwangju, Kia Champions Field, Chungjang-ro (former provincial office), and the Asia Culture Center. It is also conveniently located near bus stops in various directions, making it suitable for using public transportation. A quiet promenade with the feel of a small resort in the city center unfolds in front of the house, making it a great place for exercise.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Please adhere to the standard occupancy.
Please note that you may be charged for damages if the property is damaged or soiled. We ask that you treat the property with the same care as you would your own home.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
