I used this place for a short-term rental through SamSamM2 because it's pet-friendly and close to home. However, the most disappointing aspect was the weak water pressure, as showering was my primary purpose. The gas supply was also inconsistent, so I could barely use it. There was an issue with the cold water not working, but when I mentioned it, they came right away and fixed it quickly. It was a bit inconvenient that I couldn't use the TV and microwave simultaneously, and there weren't enough outlets. Also, basic amenities like blankets and a hairdryer were not provided, so I had to prepare them myself. While I was satisfied with the location and pet-friendliness, I was somewhat disappointed with the facilities.
