It's a duplex, so the high ceilings prevent it from feeling stuffy. There's a large side-by-side refrigerator and a large-capacity WashTower for convenient laundry, and we've also provided a dishwasher and an AirDresser~ In addition to the two rooms, there's a spacious duplex of about 6 pyeong (approx. 19.8 sq m) that you can use as extra space. The ceiling height of the duplex is about 170cm, and floor heating is available. This is an officetel. Each room has air conditioning.
It's within 10 minutes of Dongtan Station.
Dongtan Station, Yeoul Park, and Lotte Department Store are nearby.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
